- You are responsible for ensuring that your property is accessible for site surveys and installations as agreed upon.
- You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to your use of our services and any installed equipment.

4. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided by Anchor Bloom are based on the information available at the time of the site survey. Final pricing may be subject to change if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the installation process or if the scope of work changes as requested by the client. Any changes will be communicated and agreed upon before additional work proceeds.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including deposit requirements, milestone payments, and final payment schedules, will be outlined in your individual service agreement. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified in your invoice. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in delays or suspension of services.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
Anchor Bloom warrants that installation services will be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards. Specific warranties for installed EV charger equipment will be provided by the manufacturer. Any issues arising from our installation work will be addressed promptly. Our satisfaction guarantee covers the quality of our workmanship.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anchor Bloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site or services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site or services; or (c) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
